Q: Where is il Lugano located?
A: Right off of A1A and Oakland Park Boulevard. We are located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway.
Q: Is the hotel on the beach?
A: No, but we are a very short walk, only 3 blocks, to the local beach. We offer complimentary transportation to and from the local beach on our beach buggy.
Q: How far is the hotel from the Ft. Lauderdale Airport/ Port Everglades?
A: Approximately 10 miles.
Q: How far are you from Downtown Ft. Lauderdale?
A: Approximately 4 miles from the Downtown-Las Olas area.
Q: Do you provide a shuttle service to/from the airport?
A: Please contact our concierge directly for assistance in transportation.
Q: Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
A: Yes! Da Campo Osteria. The restaurant services Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and in-room dining.
Q: Are there any other charges I should be aware of, i.e., parking, internet, pet fees, or incidentals?
A: There is a parking fee of $25 per night per vehicle. If you do not have a vehicle, this fee is waived.
If applicable, nightly pet fee of $25, not to exceed $100. Upon arrival, in addition to the amount of room and tax an authorization of $80 per night will also be placed on your credit card as a guarantee for any incidental’s, this authorization will be released upon departure, but may take your bank up to 10 business days to release the hold on your account.
Q: What are your check-in/ check-out times?
A: Check-in is anytime after 4pm and Check-out is by 11am.
Q: Does the hotel have a pool/fitness center?
A: Yes, we have a pool, fitness center, and a Jacuzzi on site.
Q: Are you a kid-friendly hotel?
A: Yes, we are equipped with concierge services to assist in advising you on local activities for your children.
Q: Is there a kitchen in the room?
A: Yes. All of our suites have full kitchenettes with refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner top stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, and silver ware. Cooking utensils or pots and pans available upon request.
Q: Is there wireless internet?
A: Yes. We have complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel, including all suites, pool, lobby, restaurant, and cabanas.

A: Yes, we are exclusively valet parking. There is a fee of $25 per day added to your hotel folio.

A: Yes. We allow dogs up to 40 lbs. There is a daily pet fee of $25 per day, not to exceed $100.

A: Yes, we are 100% non-smoking, and evidence of smoking is subject to a $300 fine.
